Combat Mechanics Question

Looking at combat results ('L') I don't understand why the dice rolls are in red, blue and white?. Are red kills, blue suppress and white a miss?
Why don't these tie up with the percentages shown for kill/suppress/miss?
Whats the lowest number has to be rolled to get a hit? And for suppress?

Thanks

Red are kills, blue are suppress, and white are misses.
They do hit up, they're just inverted. If your chance to kill is 60%, you have to roll a 40 or higher to score a kill on that die roll.
Suppression is a bit more fickle, because a die roll can be both a kill and a suppress (which shows up as red)

And any reloading and replaying of that particular attack will not change the result, correct?

Right, if you save before a battle, and load after the battle and immediately repeat the battle, the result will be identical.
