Unable to access multiplayer

Get a message that (User has 1 or more serials) not sure wht this means. Have played quite a few games this started on 11/15/11

DO you have more than one serial for Panzer Corps?

In answer to that I have panzer corps +39 and 40 add ons on my old computer (all with download plus boxed). I bought a new computer and loaded panzer corps.........hadnt received the boxed additions of 39 and 40......so I downloaded only a second copy of 39.........Im kinda impatient.

This error means you already have a different serial number registered to your account for that game. Did you buy 2 copies?

yes I was in a hurry and paid the 4.99 for a second download. how do I rectify this?

Go to
MyPage and check which serials you've the game registered and then reinstall using those serials.
