Slitherine

I've had FoG installed on my external drive for months now & works great.
However I have just bought a new PC & when I try to run FoG from there all I get is message about my installation being corrupt & to install again.

I'm assuming I have to re-install but from where please?

Or is there another answer?

Version is 1.6.1

Installing to an external drive only puts the files on the external drive. All the settings needed to make the game work for that PC are on the PC it was bing played on so unfortunately you need to actually run the installer on the PC you want o play on.

You only need to install the base game and then you can unlock all your expansions from the launcher menu.

Sorry to be back again, but l have the same issue.

I had to update my old pc and in the process wiped the entire hard drive, l had made a copy of my slitherine folder but when l try to put it back on the pc l get the same error message as the gentleman above me, so where do l get the installer from again? Do you guys have to send it me? If so, would you please do that.

You'll need to contact info@slitherine.co.uk to issue you a new download link for the full game. Save this installer, not the installed files as you have now. This is what you ened to recover the game. Then grab the latest patch and get up to date and re-unlock your expansions.

How do you re-lock the expansions please?

Unlock?

Just user the game mmenu before the game goes full screen to unlock your expansions. All you need are the serials.

You'll need the latest patch first.
