Slitherine

Started round 2 of beta testing on Field Marshal, quite a bit nastier that is for sure. Anyway I know someone else posted a similar issue as this, I was playing Greece with 4 turns left when I saved the game and went for dinner. A few hours later got back into beta and suddenly I find myself short one Stuka. The AI killed my poor para, yet again in that scenario, and I went to the purchase screen and sure enough I was short 2 units. Now I had moved and attacked with that Stuka before I logged off, it just seems to have disappeared upon reloading the saved game. Normally I play a scenario to completion before I save so never run into this one before.

Could it have run out of fuel and crashed? Seems to me I've had the same happen in a couple places, a fighter for sure.

don't think so, I had used it that turn and dont recall it showing any low fuel warnings. next turn was rain and I was moving the aircraft to the airfields and it was not there.
