I think we all appreciate the work that the BJRp (Borger-Ronnie-Jim & Paul) team has put into the effort of giving us a Great game MOD (GS 2.x)! I want to explore (In two games) the changes that they have done to the AI in 2.x. I think it makes the tutorial, and practice game(s) easier to understand, and pave the way for a beginner to play PBEM, which of course is the goal. For this AAR, I will start as German, then in the next game, be Allies. The following DEFAULT options will apply:

That was fortunate getting calm seas in November (25%), which is determined by the weather in Central Europe. That meant a 75% chance that you would have had to abort the invasion of Norway (i.e., rough seas). Though, with the latest changes where you get 8 PP's back if you disembark a transport in port it's really not a financial gamble of risking 16 PP's for transport for a 25% of landing. I guess with these changes we may start seeing more and more October/November invasions of Norway.
