The forts started with 30 or 15 ammo. I attacked them with railway artillery and stratbombers, and 2 turns later they were out of ammo, both at Brest-Litowsk and Sewastopol.
But why? There is no way to spend so much ammo, is there?

Strategic bombers apart from the casualties they inflict destroy the enemy's supplies (ammo and fuel)
