Flag errors Zolotonosha scenario

As a Belgian i am truly honoured to find two city hexes with the belgian flag.
Since both cities are occupied by romanian units, the flags should be romanian.

I swear you Europeans and your absolute fetish with 'Tri-color' flags will be the death of me...
It's like from that scene in the movie Lord of War.
"We need a Dutch Flag!"
"I couldn't find a Dutch Flag, but I found a French Flag."
"So?"
"Turn it sideways, it's Dutch!"
