Well I created a Scenario folder in the Panzer Corps folder and placed a few senarios in the Scenario folder. The scenarios do not show up when I go to the custom section of the game.

The scenario folder must be in ...Documents\My Games\Panzer Corps\ Scenario

Also make sure you have a name and perhaps a description in the scenario, or a pzloc file. If you don't have either the scenario can be in the list but as a blank line. You can still open it. As has been said, more information may be required to find a solution.

On the Campaign screen I had the new folder for the DLC campaign mods in 1.04. When I added the Scenario editor in the above sticky that new folder disapeared.
One of the scenarios, in the folder I made, is the Hylan Vally multiplayer scenario that came with the game.

OK, you have said you have put 'Hylan Valley.pzscn' in your My Documents\My Games\Panzer Corps\scenario folder (not scenarios)?
If that is the case, you should be able to click the Scenarios tab (top-right of campaign screen), then Custom (bottom of the list) and then select Hylan Valley.
Can you please just check again that all these details are correct and that you still cannot see Hylan Valley in your list?

I tripled checked and I still dont see the scenarios in the custom folder.

One more question: can you please provide the full path of your scenario folder? e.g. mine is C:\users\duane\my documents\my games\panzer corps\scenario - I'm using Win7.

That's your problem - that's the folder for the game files. The custom scenario goes in something like: C:\My documents\My Games\Panzer Corps\scenario (as has been said above). Have a look for the user folder, create a 'scenario' folder if one is not there and drop your pzscn file in there.

Now I got it. I didnt know about that loction of info. I am used to saving custom scenarios at the main folder like for PGII.
Thanks for the help
Like I thought it would, due to 1.04, my custom test scenario of Sicily does not work.

Do you have a copy of the sicily.pzscn from before you saved it with the old 1.04 editor? If you do, install the new Scenario Editor.exe and then you should be able to edit and run it. If not, shoot me a PM and we can organise to look at the scenario to get it to work.
