is there any way to play just the scenarios without going threw the 1941 campaign?? thanks

You can copy the pzscn and pzloc (optional) files from the Panzer Corps\Data folder to your user folder (My Games\Panzer Corps\scenario - create if it's not there). Then you will be able to choose the Scenario tab and Custom scenario at the bottom of the list.

Note, though, that these scenarios are balanced for SP against the AI in a campaign and may not play as well in standalone mode.
