scenario edit help

I edit some scenarios to make them tougher, but after i downloaded the 1.04 patch today I
couldn't do it. I edited a scenario today and when I went to play the edited scenario I got a
message that read Cannot start game because required content package is missing.
Any help please?

Some people seems to be having that issue, others don't.
I believe, it's under investigation.

Only fix for this is to purchase one of the new packages.
I bought the 1940 campaign and all appears to be good here.

Maybe for now.
But devs will solve this, I'm sure.
You'll not have to pay for DLC, in order to have the things work.
