My DLC plays fine, but there is no audio commanding general giving orders in the scenario setup as in the regular campaign. Is this WAD?

Yes we decided that to get VO recorded it would require us to double the cost of the DLC's. It would also greatly increase the time it took to produce them. The briefigs were only finalised a few days before completion. Adding VO woudl have added 2-4 weeks to the time line of each DLC. The aim of the DLC was really to make use of the existing content in really interesting ways which is why we can keep the price down.

We will have larger expansions coming and in these we plan to add more unique content like units, terrain, VO etc. These are much larger projects. More about those soon
