Today i bought the game Panzer Corps (EPS Transaction) but i dont know how to download it,
please tell me what i have to do.

From what I can remember you should have been forwarded to a website where your game-download link and your registration code was.

If you accidentally closed the site, check your email as the link and code are sent to the email-adress you used when you bought the game.

Sorry you are having problems. After completing the purchase you should have been taken to a page to download your purchase immediately. In addition you should have been mailed an order confirmation with download links.

In some rare cases the payments take longer to process (e.g. some paypal transactions) and there may be a delay before you receive your order. If you have not received your download in 24 hours please contact info@slitherine.co.uk with details of your order so we can investigate it.

Ich habe heute das erste mal ein Spiel online gekauft (Eps Überweisung) und habe keine Ahnung wie ich zum Download bzw. zum Registrierungscode komme.
Kann es sein, daß ich die benötigten Daten vom Anbieter per E-mail in den nächsten Tagen zugesendet bekomme oder wie funktioniert das sonst?
Wie hat es bei dir geklappt?

Ja, Du bekommst eine Email mit Downloadlink und Seriennummer.

genau so wie huertgenwald es schreibt. Je nach Bezahl-Methode wirst du entweder direkt auf eine Seite mit den Download-Links und deiner Serien-Nummer weitergeleitet (und erhältst zusätzlich die Informationen per Email) oder aber du erhältst von Slitherine das Mail sobald deine Zahlung bei ihnen eingegangen ist.

Ich kann dir nicht sagen wie lange eine Eps-Überweisung braucht. Da du aber offensichtlich noch nichts erhalten hast geht das ein wenig länger als z.B. PayPal oder Kreditkarte.

Warte erst mal morgen ab, falls morgen Abend noch nichts bei dir ist - Slitherine kümmert sich sehr um seine Kundschaft. Im Bedarfsfall ein Mail an info@slitherine.co.uk (kann dir auch helfen wenn es mit dem Englischen nicht ganz reicht) und dir wird schnell geholfen.

Also take a look at your spam mail. Some users reported that the email with serial and download link was there.

Eine Überweisung innerhalb Deutschlands dauert zwischen 2-5 Werktagen.
Also sollte nächste Woche (Montag - Mittwoch) die Bestätigungsmail bei Dir eintrudeln.

I have the same problem. I bought the game Panzer Corps yesterday and still not on my email I think it will be in monday. Im ready to game Greetings from DE (Mannheim).

Still waiting (since 3 Days)

Banks don`t work in the weekend, my guess is Monday your creditcard company will give your payment a go-ahead the earliest. If you don`t have it by Monday evening drop another post.

I find this also annoying, so I prefer using Paypal for online purchases.
