Looking for help with graphics

I was wondering if any modders out there can either let me use their custom works or create a something for something I'm working on:
Horse-drawn transports for the Germans and the Soviets, for AA, AT, ART, etc. Just need to be 2 transport units, one for each side, but honestly i would not mind using the same graphics for both.
