Dual purpose Single player/multi-player Maps

Idea for future patch

I don't know why we didn't think of this sooner.

We have the ability to use a map for two types of game play.

Just add a function in the editor.

Allow the designer to choose the AI as a parameter.

Allies/In all of map/Equal/AI

By adding the AI as a parameter in the last column we can balance a map for multiplayer and single player.

It might work for some maps, but they will be the exceptions not the rules.

Multiplayer maps are in their best element when pre-placed units are at a minimum and prestige is not.
Singleplayer AI maps are in their best element when pre-placed and pre-configured units are rampant and AI prestige is severely limited.
