AUTHORIZATION CODE DOESN"T WORK!

Just bought commander : Napoleon and the registration code you provided didn't work. Please contact me asap and supply another one.

Sorry you are having problems. In the past when this has occurred the issue is always that the serial was entered incorrectly. We have never had a serial that does not work.
Can you check again. Make sure there are no leading or trailing spaces. Make sure you enter it in teh format xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx. The dashes are required.

The problem is that I typed in the code - perhaps it was put in wrong, but when I went back to check it, the message it came with was gone - and even after I clicked on the button to get a confirmatory email that would have had the authorization code - the email never came. Can you look up my account and just resend the original code?
