Is there a changelog available in order to see what needs testing ? Or is it just the same as beta 2 and the goal is to test the installer packages + in game access to the campaign ?

Yes this ia new Beta 3.

You should uninstall and reinstall.

The changelog is huge - tweaks across many missions. Main visual diference is the captured units. Watch out for those - they are now reskinned to German grey.

We're only looking for serious game breaking bugs now. It's too late for tweaks at this point.

How many days we have left for testing beta3 before the actual release?

Time to cheat through the campaigns and check for gamebreaking bugs. Hmmm might have to use all these kill codes to capture the units and check if their grey is a proper "Feldgrau". :)

Bug!

Finished Narvik / 39 Campaign with "endscn 0" and got a debriefing and was back to the Panzer Corps screen.
I actually thought I can continue with the 1940 Campaign? I have it installed, after all.

EDIT:
I just got asked if I want to import a 1939 core force. Must have been saved right after Narvik.
(checking)

Hm yes, there is a new savefolder for "Core Units" and you get asked at the start of the 1940 campaign if you want to import.

Well that works. For now. I guess I don't have to mention possible improvements for that like... just continuing if the 1940 campaign is installed. Giving players an info that their core force got saved. How the hell are they supposed to know?

It's quite crude. But well, not a BUG as I thought.

Major Bug:

After "The Hague" scenario (ended with "endscn 0") the campaign/game doesn't continue, black screen
... IF you play the game in German.

I know the DLCs are not translated but if people want to play them in German it works nicely except for the briefing till they reach "The Hague" - then the game crashes and does not continue.

Confirmed, only affects the German Version.

Yes, this disappointed me a little, but it's something that we think is best addressed in the debriefing. After all, that is sort of what it's for.

First draft of the new text.
The product pages will need this exact information displayed prominently, I'll see about passing that long.

Looks good, great addition! (+1 ... yeah, Google+ user)

I don't think bold text and alignment formatting are possible in the campaign briefing?
Some kind of special formatting to make people focus on this particular information.
You know how likely people are to skip text, especially debriefing.

dshaw62197 could take a look at the text.

Bold text is fine. All the dates in the initial briefings are in bold. These arent mock ups, these are actual in game screenshots.

A more specific version:

(Blushes) thank you Longasc!

The only suggestion I would make about the new paragraph is the last sentence. It's a bit awkward... maybe: "If you have Grand Campaign 1940 installed, you will be given the option of importing your core and prestige when starting a new 1940 campaign."

It was a pretty serious issue, good catch, and thanks for reporting. Fixed now.
