1 minor bug

I am currently playing a game as allies with 2.01.30. It is spring 1944 and the western allies are busy in their landing operations. I use to mobilize UK Home Guard units as auxiliary and support landing units so UK was also emptied of british garrison units. Once finished my turn I got the message of UK max morale loss decreased by 15 no matter it is 1944. Don´t this penalty was implemented for Case Yelow 1940 scenario (UK garrison blob) instead?

This rule is for the entire game. Since Italy has surrendered, USA and USSR joined the Allies you don't need more than a few garrisons. Have you even moved the garrisons from Scapa Flow and Belfast?
What do you need the garrisons for in 1944?

Yes, and this is why I got the penalty. I build para units and sent some garrisons to threatened Middle East.
