Have tried several times over the past couple of days to buy the new Market garden edition of this game but every time the thing crashes. Is the Plimus server down or something?

Very sorry to hear that. What browser are you using? Can you let usk now exactly what stage it is failing at?

Just tried again and no still luck. The troubleshooting diagnosis from Windows was resource or server (www.plimus.com) was not responding.

This is very worrying. Do you have any other browsers you can try or another machine?

If not can you tell us the OS of the machine with probelms and we'll see if we can work out what the issue is.

Running Windows 7 Ultimate at the moment. Just upgraded a month ago from XP. This is the first time I've tried to buy anything online using this system. Should also mention I live in Korea but thats never been an issue when I ordered earlier stuff like BA & Blitzkrieg France etc.

It would be good to get some more details beyond the fact that it crashed, if you have them, for example exactly at which step it crashed, if it crashed when you clicked a particular button, if the windows event log shows any crash info, etc.

When I click on the 'Buy' icon, the program attempts to access the plimus site but after about 10 seconds or so it crashes and I get the message 'Internet Explorer cannot display this website'. Should also mention I tried to buy from Matrix and the same thing happened. I tried using the windows event log thing but I dont know how it works. If anyone can enlighten me that would be helpful...

Can you also send me a screenshot of the page you are seeing, your IP and location (i.e. country)?
