Hi, I have playing the 1939 Grand campaign and I gained only a marginal victory prior to taking on Warsaw. When i came to the refit and deployment mode, as expected I didnt have much starting prestige. rather than buy a new unit, I refitted my forces. However, when I got to only 1 prestuge point, the game still let me refit/strengthen my all my units to 10. Great for me, but I assume a glitch in the system.

Were you using regular or elite replacements? During the deployment phase, you can get regular replacements at zero cost. If you were getting elite replacements for free, then I'd say we have a glitch.

no I was getting regular replacements. I wasnt aware they were unlimited, just cheaper

During deployment, regular replacements are free, but do cost prestige while in a scenario. Also, if you were not aware, elite replacements are 50% cheaper during deployment vs during a scenario. Its best to be doing all of your reinforcing during the deployment phase since they're either free (regular) or at reduced cost (elite).
