Could the 'partisan' messages be consolidated to one dialog box?

E.g. something like "New partisan units for turn x: 1 in France, 1 in Poland and 2 in Yugoslavia."

Changed messages into one combined message like this:

New partisans in France: 2. USSR: 1. Yugoslavia: 1
