Please vote: minor changes for GS v2.01.29

Can you please vote on the following suggested changes.
1. Increase the research difficulty for air techs by 5 to 30 (dogfight), 25 (close air support and strategic operations).
2. Move the spawn time for the Hungarian, Romanian and Bulgarian reserves from June 1943 to July 1942 if
Yugoslavia and/or Greece are still neutral.
3. Reserves for Romania and Bulgaria should not spawn if these countries have changed side to Allied before July 1942
Please vote yes or not per suggestion.
2 is done to prevent the situation where Russian can enter these countries very early.

Hi Borger:
Would you please explain what does this "Increase the research difficulty for air techs by 5 to 30 (dogfight), 25 (close air support and strategic operations)."mean ? Is it more difficult to increase Air tech ? cost more pp or cost more time ? for both Axis & Allies ?

Difficulty is number written near each tech in lab menu.
Basically, the lower is number, faster will be research. So yes, it is supposed to slow down things for both sides.
I will vote yes for changes 1 2, but not 3.
