Just started a multiplayer game with Pitiver on Killing Fields. In the top left corner of the map I see this;

Any ideas whats happened?

That is really odd. I'd need to look at the script to see what might have caused it, but it's definitely strange!

Was this on the very first turn, or was it after a turn or 2?

Thanks for reporting it.

Cheers

I had the same some time ago. Seems like a graphical glitch. Has no impact on the game.

It happened during my first turn. Just about to go take my second.....

We are playing the map twice, from each side, and the extra flag is there in both games. It shows up as a red dot on the mini map but the capture and hold score is unaffected by it.

That is very very odd. I will look - perhaps there is leftover from an old script placing them on the map.

Thanks for the details guys.

Cheers

Theres definitely something broken here. I just took the flag in the bottom right of the killing fields map while playing as German and the game ended, objective complete. Thats Amaz_Ed vs Pitiver on Killing Fields if you want to have a look for yourself.

We thought it might be WAD. But friend played axis and won in 3 turns like a sudden death VP condition. The armies never met. Then I played Axis, advanced slowly, couldn't help but take a couple of objectives, and bam, I win after my 3rd turn. Without a shot being fired.

So we wasted a bit of time, and hope I haven't lost my "partner."

Thanks for checking it out.

EDIT: Sorry to double post. Ed beat me to it :)

Same issues here too. Two flags and game ends around 3 turns.

Sorry guys - something seems to have slipped through. The flags were being placed by the helper tool and have been removed for the next update.
