As far as I know the game just uses "Documents/MyGames/PanzerCorps" and its installation folder.
I can only suggest to uninstall Panzer Corps again. Erase through regedit any key belonging to Panzer Corps and check if the above folders were completely deleted.

Yes, the answer is in the registry.
But seeing as modifying the registry can have serious consequences if you don't know what you are doing, I do not encourage people to go poking around in there.
If you are familiar with navigating the registry, however, then this information will help you know where to look.

Yes, of course you're right, Kerensky.
And if you're going to edit windows registry, you can, and should, create, a system restore point before changing anything within the registry.

TigreIII, if you've never edit a registry... do you really want to edit it?
You've to run regedit:

Tutorial for running regedit:

Do a restore point before changing anything with regedit.
Remember you're at your own risk. You can mess your system.

It does beg the question though. Why do you want to reset the bonus difficulty settings?

How about just starting a new campaign on Field Marshall? Then you'd be legit and wouldn't need to mess with the registry. Even if you manage to erase the "bonus difficulty settings", you still have play a campaign on Field Marshall to unlock it again anyways.

Ah! Lot easier to delete old savegames from here!
