My old laptop crashed - but I have managed to rterieve my FoG and BA files from the HD - they were downloads. However they will not install on my new laptop. Can you help? If not, can I re-download previously purchased files/games?

What is the issue with the files? You can redownload if the files are corrupt just mail info@slitherine.co.uk
