During a game, can you split up the squad? In other words have two guys stay here watching the flank, while the rest of the squad heads on up the road a ways.
Or does the squad have to stay all in one bunch?

We love Questions!

They have to stay together but within an rather large area so both yes and no. You can not send a part of the squad away somewhere else but you can place them behind different covers in different angles to make an flanking move. Or keep some soldiers, like the squad leader, in hidden behind objects!

That was basically the answer I was hoping you would give. I think that keeps it “true to form”.
