Where do I download the full game install?

I purchased my game as soon as it was out, but that download link has expired. I can't seem to find anywhere to login and redownload (I got a new system, reinstalling all games) ...any help is greatly appreciated.

For now, there's only one way to re-download the original game.
You've to email to info@slitherine.co.uk with your order details, and they will sent you another valid link.
As far as I know, they intend to implement, in future, the possibility do re-download the game through the site.

I have purchased both the cd and download from Slitherine. I have installed the game via the cd and registered the game. In the future how do I download the full game, if/when the cd becomes faulty

Welcome to the forum.
You would have ask Slitherine to give you a link for download. However it's in their wish list to implant a system in which you can download the game through your account page without having to ask them for anything.
But if I were you, I would make a backup of the DVD.
