Just trying to get my head round Ottoman tactics. This one is completely hypothetical but it does allowed the Ottomans a fortified centre in the middle of the battlefield - and it does give the Ottoman cavalry some lances.

PLEASE NOTE: if you downloaded this before Tuesday lunchtime (UK time) then you will probably have noticed that the three-horse Serbian cavalry is actually "light horse" when it should really be "cavalry". I have amended this now and the change is included in the Dropbox link above. Sorry about that.

I have now "Serbianised" the opposition in this one (see above for version 2). I will probably bash out a couple more of these hypothetical ones this week feauring the Balkan opponents of the Ottomans. They will be rough and ready without labelling or historical characters - but hopefully they will get the dynamic of the battles right. I will be doing a proper series of Ottoman battles between now and Xmas.

Hello Micha. I am just doing the research now so maybe the first one in 2-3 weeks time.

A second hypothetical Ottoman scenario. This time the Ottomans face a combined Polish/Hungarian force - and they have been taken by surprise a bit. The enemy is ready to attack, but the second fortification is not completed and the main cavalry force is still some way off . . .
