Hi All,

I've decided to include new technology improvement system that will allow the player to make very important choice every time he is advancing on new level in technology.
Decision made, can drastically change the flow of gameplay and direct the strategy into completely different tracks.

This is something what in a very good way presents how flexible Time of Fury is and how many possibilities it brings in terms of replayability. every time the game is played it can be directed into different path.

Also it is worth to mention that at the beginning of the game countries are already starting with different settings, which makes them unique.

So here are the screenshots presenting German possible upgrades when advancing on next levels of Infantry technology.

Thanks,

I found this as a great and fun improvement, especially in PBEM games. You will never know which path your opponent will choose and what strategy he will use against you. This can be very surprising for the countries that enters the war lately.

now with the technology in the time of wrath you could build maus tanks in future nukes is this going to be same or added features.i know the time frame is ww2 but with early tech. can one maybe build something beyond lets say russian t55 t62 tanks or german leapard tanks just curious.or is it just going to be built up to a mass tank, cant remember if there was panther 2 tanks in time of wrath, maybe can add e50,e100 tanks.also in this time of fury is it possible to build railguns or morser guns just curious what changes are different in this compared to time of wrath thanks

This is not exactly like that.

With the technology improvement system you are making choices mostly on the strategic level. If you will be consistent in your decisions, you might made your tank units much faster, or for example much stronger, you can also decide that you would like to keep the balance and made the units a little stronger and little faster

Will the new technology improvement system also include economic improvement choices such as increasing production?
Thanks.

Nope,
we did not implemented any econmic technology.
However as long as the country is at war, the technology efficency is improving with time, so 100 production points at the beginning of the game, means much more in turn 100, and much much more in turn 400.

There are a variety of event choices which effect production increases or decreases.

I love it when a strategic game has R&D tech options. Does the technology improvement system apply to minor countries such as Hungary or Italy so that you can to some extent shape their military?
Thanks.

That's good.

I like it when I set up events that will give you the next technology level or an increase in tech points so the time is reduced.

I prefer the latter and base upon actual events that occurred in WW2.

For example we can do it for German submarines when the wolf pack is developed and again when the periscope is developed.

Both of those actual events can be used to increase tech or unit statistics.

Of course the British would get one along with the Yanks for Radar, and again for the type of depth chargers they used late in the war.

This will affect all the playable countries during the game.
