Problem with automatic update

There seems to be a problem with the automatic updater.
It starts fine with "Downloading PanzerCorpsWehrmacht-Update v101.exe from update3.matrixgames.com
But the loading bar stays @0.00% with an estimated time left 0:00 - Despite showing transfer rates ranging from ~4-5 kb/s to 20kb/s.
I have it running since morning and it shows variable speeds jumping from.
Any ideas on how to workaround / fix this ?

I've seen a couple of reports that the downloader is very slow. Download from here
viewtopic.php?t=27968 - it doesn't seem to cause problems and it's faster. Then just run it.

auto update dont work for me - server error

OK...the manual download worked.
Its not that its download "slow" it apparently does not download at all - despite showing that it is.

i cant download it from the link. after clicking it i click on save button then have to go into my download file to find it. when i click on it there i get a "it is not a valid win32 application. dont know whats wrong.

same problems. nothing is working. same message. isnt a valid win32 app. and when i get a zip file there isnt any files to extract it tells me.

Try to disable your antivirus when downloading, but be sure to only use a site you trust when you have disabled your virus checker.

The automatic update does not work for me.
I have problemas with manual update too. I have downloadaed the update file 4 times from 4 different links. When I try to execute the EXE file the splash screen opens and then closes. I already tried disable anti-virus before downloading. Nothing works.

Try to execute the exe with Windows in safe mode.

Welcome.
The serial number for 1.01 is the same serial name you used to install 1.00.
Just look for PanzerCorps.TXT inside Panzer Corps main folder, in case you've lost it.

We're working on a new version of the game menu to get rid of these update issues.
For now you can use the direct link to the file on our servers but it will be a bit slower due to demand:
