I'm not sure when you posted, but it seems fine now. I would expect more of an outcry if it was down for everyone. Could be an ISP issue?

Are you able to download the turns correctly? If so, then it could be a firewall issue - some firewalls will look for 'suspicious' data going out, and as the uploaded turns are compressed they can contain pretty much anything. Just an idea.
