Is it possible to change the portraits ?

I wanted to use another portrait. I'm not looking to change the names,,just the portriat

I realize that the I would have to re-size any photo to 115x115 and name it (ie:I would have to re-name to ground1),,is there anything else to do,,???

On the basic level, nope that's all there is to it. Go through the process you outlined and your images should appear in game.

Well,,just re-sizing didn't work

I double checked to make sure that all the "new" protraits were labedled correctly and correctly sized (all 117 ). I used the generic paint program that comes w/ windows 7 home premium

When I got a hero all I saw was a box show up w/ some squigley lines in it,instead of the new portrait.

The photos were copied from wikipedia

Anybody have any ideas?
