3. Dave Ruddock and Dave Eltringham

Phil Steele was heard to mutter something regarding monkeys, typewriters and shakespeare

Clearly these results are incorrect. Dave R is not in 2nd place.

He was actually joint second using the strange NDL scoring system, but sense prevailed, he having lost lots more BG, so he was made 2nd joint 2nd. A double Dave.

Although how that happened is beyond me. Using an army that comprised mainly of Protected, Average, Undrilled foot. According to the masters on here I should have been butchered...

Funny how it doesn't happen when you actually play the game though.
