Rear Contact Doesn't Trigger Cohesion Loss

Start Position: MF will attack skirmisher...
MF follows through to rear of fragmented MF...
Fragmented MF routs through steady MF causing disruption (so far so good)
Enemy MF continues to contact newly disrupted MF rear, but no cohesion loss occurs!

Pursuits dont currently trigger a cohesion loss when hitting the rear.

Really? I'm sure a point release not too long ago introduced this feature. Am I alone in this perception or has it now been removed?

I am pretty sure that the rear contact disruption by pursuers is still in the current version of the game. Seems like this is another area for Hexwar to look at.

I can confirm that several rear-contact pursuits caused disruption in games I played last night. I'm certain that this is standard functionality.
I've just seached the forum to find the details of this and although I can't find the release notes that implemented this (for some reason they have been removed from the forum), I have found a couple of threads that discussed the merits of this (at the time new) functionality and potential inconsistencies.

If I were to guess based on the dates of these posts then this functionality was implemented in early May 2011.
Although I don't like it then I'd prefer it if it worked consistently. It's inconsistency that is really annoying.
