Thanks for the link ... I'd been trying to find out more about what had happened when it was originally mentioned. Interesting comments on the GamesIndustry site. And the type of story that gets you annoyed - a big company bullying a smaller company because they know they have more money to pay the lawyers who make lots of money out of it! Ho Hum, such are the times we live in! Whatever next ... a big computer firm claiming it owns the name of a fruit!
And to add insult to injury, this is what stopped the game getting ported to the PSP

Reading this kind of thing makes my blood boil. Surely this is the height of absurdity, and definitely a case of the lunatics taking over the asylum. Our litigious-crazy society is going to be the death of us yet. Of the big mega corporate gaming conglomerates, EA is probably the worst. I remember back in the day how great Westwood Studios was until they were purchased by EA. Unpleasant sighs.
