Polder and Dykes

I didn't see these necessary Dutch landscape types in the editor. Did I miss them? In the Hell's Highway scenario, I'm also able to drive vehicles about anywhere off road. This wasn't the case due to the soft polder. If they aren't in, I'd really like to see them added as they are what "Dutch terrain" needs to depict the fighting there.
