Sorry if this problem has come up in the past and I did not find it

I'm trying to "tweak" the units in the campaign that I start w/ in poland,,nothing drastic,,just swapping a couple of units


I have placed/swapped the units I wanted and made sure they were core and that they were "allowed",,but every time I start the campaign I have the same "old" units

Is there another step other than working on the poland.scn??

I actually had to move the scn. out of the data folder,,work on it and put it back in,,but problem solved
