I just finished the Fall Weiss campaign on Field Marshall difficulty. I thought this will unlock three additional difficulty levels, (Rommel, Manstein, Guderian). However, nothing happens in my game. Is this a bug, or am I missing sth here?

Did you go all the way to America and end with a DV? because I think thats what you ned to do

I did the short way, rush to Moscov and then America. Except for the American scenarios I scored only DVs. Do I need a DV in every scenario, or just the last one?

Decisive victory on USA West Coast is the requirement. How you get there and where you start is irrelevant.

Is it theoretically possible to win the campaign with one of the additional difficulty levels?

That seems to be nearly impossible...

I think Kerensky was able to do it in Manstein level.
