Would be nice if it returned you to the briefing, not just the deploy phase.

Better yet, IMO, have the briefing available at any stage of a turn. Use a hot key if necessary.

With more advanced victory conditions this would be definitively very useful to have. All objectives to be listed and even checked if achieved, maybe also a time counter for tracking possibility to achieve certain goal tide to time race.
