I'll post a copy of one of the Russian lists that was used at Britcon the year.
I don't have it on this PC though, so it'll have to wait until later.

That would be useful.
My re-basing has been stymied due to a question about skirmishers due to this reply of yours....
For a unit of light foot in tactical formation we use 2 stands of 'normal' bases (of 8 figures) plus 2 stands of skirmisher bases (of 4 figures). However we also allow them to deploy fully in skirmish formation with all 4 bases of skirmishers. This means that for a single unit of light infantry you need 6 bases (2 normal and 4 skirmisher) - using the same number of figures as you would for a unit of line.....Although I sometimes only put 3 figures on a skirmisher base.
You don't really need this many bases really though, because it's rare to have all your light infantry in skirmish order at the same time.
We represent additional skirmisher capabilities by allowing a single base of a unit to be replaced by a base of skirmishers - An example of this would be where a company of riflemen is attached to a larger formation in the British army.
...which opened up a pandora's box of possibilities without seeing army lists.
But I can wait until March - barely.

I'd not go bare to March, to much danger of frozen assets...

This is an example of a Russian army list used at Britcon:
Russian Corps Army of the West 1812
Corp Commander Skilled
1st Division
Div Commander Competent
1 x 4 Bases Musketeers Average Drilled Line Infantry
1 x 4 Bases Musketeers Average Drilled Line Infantry
1 x 6 Bases Musketeers Poor Drilled Line Infantry + Arty Attachment
1 x 4 Bases Jaegers Average Drilled Light Infantry
1 x 3 Bases Medium Art. Average Drilled Med Artillery
2nd Division
Div Commander Competent
1 x 4 Bases Grenadiers Average Veteran Line Infantry + Arty Attachment
1 x 4 Bases Grenadiers Average Veteran Line Infantry
1 x 4 Bases Musketeers Average Drilled Line Infantry
1 x 4 Bases Jaegers Average Veteran Light Infantry
1 x 2 Bases Heavy Art. Average Drilled Hvy Artillery
Cavalry Division
Div Commander Competent
1 x 4 Bases Dragoons Average Veteran Heavy Cavalry + Arty Attachment
1 x 4 Bases Cuirassiers Average Veteran Shock Heavy Cavalry + Officer Attachment
1 x 4 Bases Cossacks Average Irregular Light Cavalry
Total Points = 800
I can't promise that this list is entirely legal - as far as the latest lists go, but it gives you an idea of the army size and structure for a typical game.
