In a game today I picked the following . . .

1x "inspired" leader = +2 points on initiative roll

and

18x mounted units (I actually had 10x mounted knights, 4x mounted crossbows and 4x LH)= +2 points on initiative roll (5-11 is 1 point)

Yet my initiative roll showed as only +3.

Am I missing something?

I think knights don't count toward scouting, only cavalry

I think(not sure) in this context mounted include: light horse, cavalry and light chariots (so, no hotdog-wagons , pacs, cats , kniggits etc)

OK thanks, that explains it.

I believe non-cataphract camels count as well.
