Great Tech Support Outcome

Hi All,

I just thought that I would write a quick post about my tech support experience (I hope this is okay).
I had purchased FOG digital and the RoR expansion some time ago and hadn't really played it.

My laptop had a complete meltdown and I lost the install files (because i hadn't backed them up!!).

So last week I wanted to get back into FOG and hunted for a back up of the install files but to no avail.

A simple email to info@slitherine.co.uk and within 48Hrs I had a reply email from Christian with links to re-download both my install files even though i did not have purchase proof of one of them (the invoice emails being on the dead laptop).
Luckily I had registered my serial numbers on the slitherine site.

Overall this is an outstanding outcome from tech support as I would imagine that without proof of purchase several other companies would have made me re-purchase the items.

So I am now installed and up and running. I even brought another couple of the expansions. So thanks very much slitherine :D .

Now all I need to do is learn how to play..... Any takers??
