The game crashes right after the opening movies. Installed to C drive. run as administrator. 64 bits. Windows seven. Need ideas about how to?

Hi.
Usually are the audio codecs, which are causing this issue.
Could you please rename the "Video" folder in Panzer Corps main folder folder to "_Video".
Even if you have success in entering in the game, I want you to play full single scenario, and see if there are other crashes.

Now it crashes right away, before it plays the video!

Then rename the "audio" subfolder to "_audio".
Post a DxDiag of your system, please.
