Change to Hero's name

Do anyone know how to change the names of heroes.
I searched around the DATA folder, but cannot find anything...
Anyway, a Chinese hero with a German name is so...... funny....

Haven't a clue. And suspect you can't change. Probably there's a pool with first and last names. I wasn't able to find.
Maybe one of the devs can enlighten us.

I have bumped this because it would be great to be able to control hero names and images (already can do). A txt file with hero names would be ideal IMO.

It can't be done at the moment, I think, but it is proposed for a future update.

It is sad. Then you can not do a full company for the Russian or the other. German only.

That's right. It is Panzer Corps: Wehrmacht after all.
I'm sure it will be made more generic later. Heroes still work for any side - they just all have German names. The images can probably be changed, but that's only a partial fix.

I've just open the PanzerCorps.exe file in text, all the names are shown there. I guess I really cannot change this document. Or will anyone know how to change?
