I try to hand draw the modern units, by using as base of panzercorps units .
is very tough but better than scale a complex 3D model.

Looks good, and you can certainly mod the stats, too.

If you make enough modern units, the first thing campaign I'll design is the Libyan Civil War. The one that isn't over yet.
Play as one of Gadhafi's Generals or NATO.

my mini tutorial:
I look for models using Google SketchUp. render the models ->
load the image of the model in photoshop ->
delete the background color (I want the model with a transparent background) ->
Fix dark and light colors, flatten it to give a 2D appearance. ->
I place my model on an existing base model (for example, over a Bf109E) and adjust the size->
I reduce by 50% again, to make the model smaller (air units)->
post on forum my new unit and finally waiting for the negative comment of Hblack
this is an easy way.
I have not time, but if I can I'll make a tutorial with screenshots.
There are many ways to create unity, and we're still experimenting.
I have been helpful to you?

Thanks for making me laugh. Lately, for personnel reasons, it's been hard for me to do it.

That would be wonderful. I'm sure a lot of people here would appreciate it.
When you've a little free time, please do it, massi. No rush needed.
Thanks.

Hey, I'm sorry for replying to this ancient post but could anybody who has them pretty please post the .png images of these excellent modern units as well as any similar units that were made with them. I intend to use them for my personal E-File and not for any personal gain of public mods. Thank you.
