I see that you have moved the Mamaluk 5th column units so they don’t start in the midst of the Ottoman left wing.

I have no problem with this but my scenario text which currently explains who they start actually in the Ottoman battle line therefore needs to be modified to reflect the change.

Great scenario Hoplite, maybe a bit too easy as the Mamluks as the very ist turn you can drive the entire ottoman left wing back into the map edge (lancers vs bow cavalry) Since the Ottoman player wont get a chance to set his evade stances , maybe move the Kurdish lancers back a hex or two?

Thanks for that. I think the answer is to move both battle lines 3 hexes south towards the Mamaluk rear table edge.

I will issue a revised scenario incorporating these changes and making use of the “custom battle groups” facility once this feature is available which I understand will happen once Eternal Empire is out.
