Hi guys,

I just wanted to say a quick "thank you" to all of you who mentioned the trailer/ intro. I noticed that this subject popped up here and there in a few posts and was happy that some of you took the time to write about it. Now, a few weeks after the release of the game, I lost track about each comment, so I wanted to thank you in this "all in one solution" and letting you know that your comments have not been unnoticed. :-)

Although the video is just a tiny portion of the whole project I`m happy that it seemed to add a little atmosphere or set the mood to play the game.

Therefore, in this spirit, keep playing! :-)

Regards to you all,

Michèl

The intro is a very unique one, which I always remember when thinking of PanzerCorps.

And what an atmosphere it has!
I really liked the idea of using 2D graphics to 'bring the game to life' - dunno how to express it... but it really feels right!

The video intro is outstanding and sets the exact mood for the game.
It's already one of my favourite game intros ever. And I play video/computer games since Pong.
Top quality.

Only Blizzard can beat this intro and they have much more money for the production!
Nice one!

yea love the intro, one of the best, very well done and nostalgic.
My uncle prefers the old allied general intro with the guy marching backwards... "allies on the march". He thinks its a great laugh but i like the newer stuff.

Kudos on the video, it was the thing that introduced the game on my first run after installation and it is definitely first rate.

We might not run it in most games thereafter, but, just as with most introductions, it sets a very good tone and it puts a positive step forward on that first game.

It's one of those things that can be overlooked when the game is the focus but I would like to add my congratulations on an excellent introduction. There was a huge amount of time invested and some great transitions - such as rising up the Eiffel Tower into air combat (I really liked that bit) - and the use of 2D images was very innovative and somehow 'right'. Well done.

I enjoyed the video as well.

Now time to put some more in as scenario intro's and endgame rewards :)
