Continuing looking at preferences for supporting LF. Where you get the option of LF supporting spearmen, you could normally choose 8 spearmen or 6 spearmen with 3 supporting LF for similar points. Which do you prefer ?

The LF are tempting in theory - slightly cheaper bulk - but in practice I always deploy these 3 wide so i have two spares for casualties.
