So I;ve been working with MATRIX to fix the screen flicker issues Ive been having....

My specs:
ASUS Tek notebook G73Jh Windows 7 Home Intel Core i7 CPU 6gb RAM 64 bit 1.73 Ghz ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5870

What I was told to do:
Please can you go into your graphics card settings (catalyst control centre), and try changing the value of the "Wait for Vertical Refresh" setting (i.e. vsync)?

Problem is...I'm not that PC literate, so while I can get on the control centre, I dont know how to change the vertical refresh - the 'option' does appear as available??? SO they told me to go HERE and see if someone can walk me thru this....hopefully someone can help

thanks!

Catalyst Control Center
Gaming
3D Application Settings - Scroll down to the "Wait for vertical refresh" slider. Adjust as desired and click on the "Apply" button.

Are you using the latest ATI (AMD) graphics driver (version 11.7)? If not, you might want to try the latest one: http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/Pages/index.aspx
