Hi I just have some problems with the installation of Panzer corps, the other topics in this forum did not help.

I have downloaded the Panzer Corps Game today. After the download had finished I double clicked the download file (name: PanzerCorpsWehrmacht-SetupRelease-v100) and nothing happened. I tried this action with different settings (e.g. with administrator rights, as windows xp compatible etc.) but it didn't work. The only thing I got was a message in the dos-box: "programm to big to fit in memory".
As I've read the announcements of the tech support I made also the "dxdiag" the specifications are listed below:

Dear Support Team do you have any solution?

Hi
Sorry to hear you're having troubles.

Do you know how to startup the computer in Safe Mode?
You've to press F8 at the first prompt.
After that just choose Safe Mode.

After loging to Windows, just try to run the Panzer Corps installer.
If it installed correctly, then reboot your PC in normal mode and see if the Panzer Corps is running well.

If this doesn't work. Try to download it again. It might be corrupted.

Please report back.
Thanks

It might be good to check the size of the file and that it has downloaded correctly.

The file should be:
Size: 428 MB (449.224.745 bytes)

Hello again,

Since yesterday I tried some different actions to solve my problem.
First I tried the booting of windows in "secure mode" this did not help.
Then I downloaded the panzer corps file several times in case of a corrupted file...it did not work...but before starting the latest download I deactivated my firewall. Surprisingly this worked and the installation worked, too. The game is now running without any problems. This may perhaps help others who have similar problems.

Thanks to the support team
Greetings JeanLafitte
