They look nice, but you've to scale down a little, IMO.
Good work.

why not? if it is too different from the original, which could create insomnia problems? :D :D :D :D
hblack quiet, do not rob the your work. but I follow my way.
yes, scale down a little, but you lose some detail.
I will test on other units ;)

how do you add new units, without overwriting existing files? is it possible?

I'm sure it's possible.
Look at "equipment.pzeqp" and "efx.pzdat" files. You'll have to edit and add the units.

Need a few more things than just a line in the equipment and efx files.

This thread lists all the items required for a unit, and shows the end result as well:

One more thing if possible: To be perfect just slightly dark the shadow.
In the big image it's ok but in the terrain it needs a little more dark in the shadow.
But it's already very good. Congratz. :D

Great work! Some simplifications can be made by using the same graphic but changing the uniform and helmet.

For example, Romanian, Bulgarian units could use the same para and infantry icons as Germany but with different uniforms and colored helmet.

In fact you could have Germany and Italy as separate icons and other Axis nations as another icon with different unique uniforms/helmets.

This probably would be better for the average player as the units are easily identifiable in casual play.

Even for Grognards this approach would be good. Why? Because NATO symbols are all the same with little identifiers, not all different Geometric shapes.

Looks good ! I picked out my old poser props for the 101st:

I think - Gary will do hunderts of new infantry icons with his nice poser library. We will need all this stuff to animate all units in an improved PC version in the future. Unit and Vehicle animations and moving effects make PC more funny and realistic.
